No, we don't store your picture. Your picture is used for the analysis only and deleted immediately after the scan.

After the scan, we will email you your rapport by email. This rapport is more detailed, with ingredients to avoid and what works best for your skin type. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Most commonly, the analysis fails after the screen of your phone locks during the analysis. Keep your screen unlocked during the scan- it will take around 60-90 seconds. The poorer the lighting, the longer the analysis takes, so lighting is very important. Standing in front of a window during daytime works best, or use a ringlight. Avoid direct sunlight, as this may cast shadows.

As you may have seen in the analysis, the AI suspected that you may be wearing makeup or skincare. Using skincare or makeup can make your skin look more oily than it actually is. Cleanse your skin, do not apply any product and redo the analysis. Also, avoid artificial light sources, as this can make skin look more shiny.
