Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom and to the following EU countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shipping costs (consumers)

  • Netherlands and Belgium: € 4,95 — free shipping on orders from € 50,00
  • Germany: € 6,95 — free shipping on orders from € 75,00
  • Other EU countries: € 8,95 — free shipping on orders from € 75,00
  • United Kingdom: € 8,95

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Business (B2B) customers have different shipping conditions; these are shown in the B2B section of our FAQ and at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 (CET) are usually processed and handed over to the carrier the same or the next working day. Indicative delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 1–3 working days
  • Germany and other EU countries: 2–6 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances at the carrier. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery date.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace link.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if items are missing or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hello@cleenlab.com and, if possible, include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.
