6.1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
7.1. Consumer purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy (including the EU right of withdrawal and hygiene‑seal rules for cosmetics).
7.2. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding non‑conforming goods under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. The site, products, brand names, logos, content, designs, formulas, texts, graphics, and media are owned by or licensed to Cleenlab and are protected by IP laws.

8.3. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.
9. User Content & Feedback
9.1. If you submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9.2. You warrant you own or control all rights in your User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or laws.
9.3. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion.

10.1. We may provide access to third‑party tools and links “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
10.2. Use of third‑party tools or sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

12. Reseller Rules (Selective Distribution & Brand Standards — EU compliant)
Important: Competition law in the EU generally prohibits fixed or minimum resale prices. Accordingly, Cleenlab operates a selective distribution and brand standards policy:
12.1. Recommended Retail Prices (RRP). We may publish non‑binding RRP. These are recommendations only. Resellers are free to set their own resale prices.
12.2. Promotions & Discounts. To protect brand positioning and ensure consistent consumer experience, any promotion using our trademarks, product imagery, or co‑op/marketing funds (including coupons, bundle discounts, site‑wide discount codes featuring Cleenlab, or comparative price claims against our RRP) requires prior written approval from Cleenlab. Approval may include conditions (e.g., minimum campaign quality, visuals, claims compliance, stock levels, and start/end dates).
12.3. Brand Presentation. Resellers must comply with Cleenlab’s Brand & Claims Guidelines (packaging imagery, ingredient claims, usage instructions, compliance with cosmetics advertising law, and mandatory disclosures).
12.4. Channels & Quality. Sales are permitted only via approved channels that meet quality criteria (e.g., professional presentation, customer care, storage conditions for cosmetics, no grey‑market or marketplace listings without written consent).
12.5. Enforcement. Breach of this Section may lead to corrective measures including withdrawal of marketing support, suspension of supply, refusal of new orders, or termination of the reseller relationship, subject to applicable law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1. Except as required by mandatory law or expressly stated by us, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
13.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
14.2. In jurisdictions that do not allow the above exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleenlab and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of laws or third‑party rights.
16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including suspected violations. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Where permitted, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gelderland, The Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights.
